crw32.exe Application Error

I am trying to create an Active Data conenction with Crystal Reports 8.5. It crashes as soon as I choose "More Data Sources" and then choose the ODBC (ADO) database source (which is a MySQL ODBC) and click OK. I think I had this problem a year ago, but I am not sure what I did to fix it... I just reinstalled crystal reports (because of an OS reinstall...), and this is what happens...

Anyone know what the fix is? Thanks in advance...
