crw32.exe application error

While trying to export a crystal report to excel, I frequently get this message and get bounced out of crystal:
The instruction at "0x78001d0b" referenced memory at :0x0000000". The memory could not be "read".

Any way of solving this?

Check to see how many rows your crystal report would be exporting. There is a limit to how many rows an excel file can have.

Not sure if this is the same error, but I used to get errors when trying to export a report that is too large.

Thank you for the suggestion, but it is only exporting 200 rows. So it must be something else.
