crw32 crashing

Has anybody had problems with crw32 application errors in the report designer in SI 7.5?

I have just brought all the service packs and hot fixes up to date, but whenever people use the report designer and use the data explorer to explore 'more data sources', crw32 bombs out and closes the report designer!

Has this become flaky for anybody else after updating SI?
