CRViewer doesn't print drill-down on one workstation

I have a report that was created in CR10. The user opens it in CRViewer. It is a customer history report that when the user clicks on the ticket number, it opens a new page with the ticket details on it.

I have a problem with only one workstation that when the user selects print while the drilldown is visible the main report prints, not the drilldown. Is there a setting to change this?
