CRSXI: Infoview Error 1

When I log in as a user to Infoview, I receive the following error:

An error has occurred: No 508 compliant <TITLE> found in resource strings.

I suspect the problem you are seeing is caused by Version 2.0 .NET framework being installed on your server.

Crystal Reports Server and Business Objects Enterprise XI require .NET Framework version 1.1.4322 whereas your server probably has .NET Framework version 2.0 installed. These 2 (and other ) versions of .NET Framework can coexist on the one server, however they need to be installed in a "side-by-side installation.

There are 2 solutions:

2. Add a new Web Service Extension to IIS for .NET Framework v 1.1.4322, if you are running IIS6 and have Microsoft.NET v1.1.4322 already installed

Just a note :
BOEXI R2 is .NET 2.0 compliant and works fine in that environment ...
