CRS2008 only schedule to default format in Infoview

I have a very strange bug in my Crystal Server 2008. When scheduling reports in infoview, the report will only run in the default format (Excel, PDF, Crystal Rep etc). Even though I change the format in the schedule screen from say Crystal Reports to Excel, I still only get the report in Crystal Reports format.

Has anyone come across this before? Central Management Console will schedule in the format selected and is not affected.
