I'm looking to use TAPS as part of a roll out and have been informed I need to install CRS3.5 which I now have, which will be installed on the Publisher. Does any one have any docs regarding how to install it and configure it for TAPS. It may be stupid, but I've installed CRS but there is not obvious access to it. I've tried dot search Cisco but could not locate a doc

Any ideas

'http:// <ip address>/appadmin' gets you to CRS I believe. Try admin, admin for logon. I've not used it much but I think this is what you need.
I don't use TAPS for this reason. I may be old school but why do I have to add CRS, which seems to be a pretty resource intensive program, to add a lot of phones, then it sits there forever using resources? I use BAT with dummy MAC's and have the installers edit the MAC info on the phone page. I know if you're going to have the users dial in to set up their phone you need TAPS but I haven't had a large enough implimentation to warrant it yet.

I`ve now installed it and is it working however when I when I access TAPS via the number is cames back with an error in that it can not access CCM - With CDR reporting a user needs to be configred to accss the CDR reporting S/W but there does not seem to be a similar link into CCM from CRA except when you install it and it asks for the SQL password
