Hello there...
To accurately answer this question I need to know what OS you are using...but...
The search path on Win98 (with MMX) looks first on the server and then on the local machine. Under Win95 the search path looks first on the local machine.
If this doesn't answer you question please post the specifics of your crystal version and op sys version...
If this does answer your question then the full standalone version of Crystal Reports will install the Crpe32.dll to the \WINNT\System32 directory on Windows NT systems and to \Windows\System on Windows 95 and 98 systems.
Hope this helps!

Hi BoniR, I explain you. I use CR 10. I have developed my report on my PC which has installed CR 10. I want to run my report on an user PC connected to a server. This server has Windows NT and the user PC has Windows 2000.
My report is phisically in the server.
Hi,
As far as I know, that will not be enought to allow your users to run pre-designed reports.
There used to be a supported way ( up to v8.5) to distribute compiled versions of reports with enough run-time components to allow it to be used by clients without Crystal Reports installed..Now you need to use the RDC components ( In Visual basic, etc.) to create an app to run them..( There are also licensing issues involved with report file distribution, I believe).
You might want to explore some of the 3rd party Report viewers out there...
