CRPaig80.dll cannot be found

Hi guys and gals,
if I try to insert a new text object or want to edit an existing one, then I get an error message
"CRPaig80 library CRPaig80.dll cannot be found. It should be on the path."
This happens although this library is found in all of the following directories.
c:\WINNT\system32
c:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal Reports
c:\Program Files\Seagate Software\WCS
c:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Shared

Does anybody have an idea in which other path the library should be placed?
