We recently upgraded to IPO 500V2 from a 412. We have about 40 conference bridges set up in VM Pro. One of our conferences today experienced crosstalk from a conversation one of our helpdesk people was having on a 5410 phone completely unrelated to the conference. I recall a thread awhile back where someone had similar issues and it was found that a third party app relating to TAPI was the culprit. We have two PRI's for trunks. Thanks for any help
