I'm using CR 2008 and using a BO universe as my data source. The table has 4 columns: site rank, site, link rank, and link site. What I'm trying to do is create a report that has the top 20 sites on the y axis and then site link rankings across the top. I grouped on Site rank, which gave me the y axis. I then created a formula for link rank 1 and placed it in the group header, it worked. However, when I created a formula for link rank 2, it was blank. I dropped it into the detail section and it appeared, but it had a blank where the #1 rank site should be and the #2 site was below it. How do I get the link ranks to appear in my formulas??

Rank Site Link1 Link2 Link3
1 Google Mobile Yahoo ESPN
2 Yahoo Twitter MSN

When you create a manual crosstab, you create conditional formulas and place them in the detail section and then right click on them and insert summaries on them at the group level. Since it appears there is only one record per group, you can just insert maximums on your conditional formulas. You need to drag the maximums to the group header or drag the group name to the group footer. Then suppress the detail section and the unused group section.
