crosstab to excel

im using crystal xi

i have a cross tab report, i want to schedule it in enterprise to export to excel

is there a way to have the cross tab import into excel nicely. im getting alot of blank colums .

Are you getting blank rows and columns in the Cross-Tab?

If so, on the last tab of the Cross-Tab Expert you can turn on a property to suppress blank rows and columns.

If it is not this, then try scheduling to the Excel Data Only format, as this can eliminate blank rows and columns caused by unaligned objects in your crystal report.
