Is there a way of displaying each record in a row even if the results are the same within a crosstab?
At the moment it only changes at the change of each record.

For example curently the crosstab shows:

Birmingham 03/10
04/10
05/10
Bristol 03/10
04/10
06/10

And I would like it to show:

Birmingham 03/10
Birmingham 04/10
Birmingham 05/10
Bristol 03/10
Bristol 04/10
Bristol 06/10

Many Thanks

Is this for exporting purposes? If the two columns could be displayed in one cell you could concatenate them:

{table.city}+" "+totext({table.date},"MM/yy")

There is a way to align the dates if you wish.

OR, you could use the concatenation formula as your first row, then add the city and the date as your second and third rows, but suppress the labels for the concatenation formula and resize to minimize the width.
