I need to creat a report that displays each month salary for the same employee. The crosstab report seems to work, exept it does a summary, that I don't need.
Hi Vika,<br><br>There are 2 items you might need to remove than. First, on the report, the controls which display the summary should be taken off. Second, is the crosstab query itself, there should be a field which is a row heading and includes a sum total, which should be removed.<br><br>HTH,<br>Drew
without giving the summarised field the report doesnt go to the next step.<br>how to remove the summary field.<br>i want to have a matrix format with the values of the matrix in it.I am able to get only the count of values.
