Crosstab Report

I am trying to create a Dynamic Croostab Report for an inventory system. Specifically it is a price page report for many different pipe insulations. The pipe insulations having varying thicknesses depending on the type of insulation. There could be as few as 5 different thicknesses or as many as 8 different thicknesses. Also number of pipe sizes vary by insulation type. The report could look something like this

PipeSize Thickness 1/2" 1" 1-1/2" 2"

1/2 $1.00 $1.25 $1.50 $1.75
3/4 $1.25 $1.50 $1.75 $2.00
1 $1.50 $1.75 $2.00 $2.25
1-1/4 $1.75 $2.00 $2.25 $2.50

I have the queries complete. Its just the dynamic part that I am stumped on. And actually it may be beyond my pay grade.

This solution allows for dynamic columns and is much more efficient than most other solutions.
