I have an access 2010 Report based on a Crosstab Query. The report is called from a Form that allows the user to select which report and the date range and Preview or Print the report. the crosstab groups by Line of Business (Commercial and Senior) The problem is that some of the time periods will only have 1 Line of business (Commercial Or Senior) Is there a way to verify in an Access Report that the field actually does exist and only display if it does?

Thanks Duane but I figured it out this AM. The Date Range we were using was too recent This is a medical Group and we don't receive all of the data for a period of time Usually the end of the previous month but not always it can be up to 3 months later and the time period we were using was too recent. After confirming with the claims people the default is now set to the previous quarter for example if the report is run in july we use the first quarter. If it runs in Feb we use 3rd quarter of the previous year. That fixed it.
