Crosstab Report I think?

I need to create a report in crystal that list medication taking on a daily basis. The user wants to be prompted with a bdate and edate. The report will only need to show a 1wk worth a data at a time. I know how to create a check for this. It's the formating it in this manner that I'm having trouble with.

How do I create a report like this?

This is a crosstab format, so you would medication as the row, date as the column, and maybe maximum of dosage as the summary field, and you would probably place this in a group header or footer based on the patient field.
