crosstab query

I have a table with invoicenum, invoiceamt, invoicedate

I'm trying to setup a crosstab query that will give me invoice count and total sales for each month. What do I put in the criteria?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Under any of those fields in the cretria put:

count()

and for the sum under invoiceamt

sum()
"ACCESS ADDICT"
