I am trying to generate a report based on aging by using a crosstab query. Is this possible? As a work around i had made a crosstab and then a maketable query and was using that on my access report.

I have client aging such as 0-30days, 30-60days and 60+days. If we do not have any client over 60days then my maketable query doesnot work as it is still looking for 60+days aging.

In short, is there a way i can use results of crosstab (with some columns falling out) in my reports.

Thanks

Rishy

You can specify all possible column headings in the Column Headings property of the crosstab query.
