I have a crosstab query that work s as a query, when I try to run a report off this query it will not work...

Notice two of the fields are "TotalOf" and "CountOf", this is always normal for a crosstabtab query tho right...

The error message I get is "It does not recognise the query". I can chanhge the design of the report but when I try to preview it, straight away it gives me the error message, some times it gives another error message saying that a field is not valid in the query, but the field wont even be in that query but in the table its running from??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a similar problem with another crosstab query, that Im trying to put into a report..

Cheers
Jon

Try removing the Order by setting on the reports property sheet. Use the Grouping and sorting option instead.
