Crosstab query in Teradata (nothing to Sum)

Good afternoon. I am trying to create a crosstab query in Teradata, but virtually everything I see online states to use a PIVOT with SUM. I have nothing to sum, and it doesn't allow for nulls.

Basically I am trying to do the following:

Customer Coverage --> Customer Dental Medical
-------- -------- -------- ------ -------
John Doe Dental John Doe X X
Joe Jones Medical Jane Doe X X
John Doe Medical Matt Smith X
Jane Doe Dental Joe Jones X
Jane Doe Dental
Matt Smith Dental
