I have a table set up in access, to fill in the results of a questionnare,

the table has an id column, and then each other column is a question result(interger value)

I need to get a spreadsheet report out of it with the questions down the left hand side, and the id's along the top!

i've been tring to do this with a cross tab query but am having no luck!!!

any suggestions???

Help

Cheers

If you have each question set up as a field then you will first need to normalize your data (possibly using a union query) and then create a crosstab.

We need to know a little more about your table structure.

There is a sample application "At Your Survey" available at This application uses a more normalized approach and will dynamically build crosstabs.
