Hi all,
I know this has probably been answered before, but i'm trying to get my head round some of the previous answers.

I have a crosstab query linked into a select query. The select query has a parameter criteria in place. Now, this works all well and good when performing the select query on it's own, but as soon as i try the crosstab query based on the select query, it won't recognize the parameter criteria. If someone can help, it would save me a lot of head scratching....

select query is: PPP by Manager
Parameter criteria on the select query is: Between [Enter Start Date Here] and [Enter Finish Date Here], based on Field called Date2.
crosstab query is called: PPP Crosstab

any help appreciated

cheers

In the sql view pane of the crosstab query insert the following as 1st line:
PARAMETERS [Enter Start Date Here] DateTime, [Enter Finish Date Here] DateTime;

Hope This Helps, PH.
