Hello,
I have Crystal 9.0 and am developing a crosstab report. It is designed so that "Employee_Name" is the column, Product Sold is the sub-column (not sure if this is the right terminology), "Month" is the Row, and "Sales" is the summarized field. Is there anyway to insert a page break when the "Employee_Name" changes? Thanks

You could group on {table.Employee_Name} and insert the crosstab in the group header. Then go to format->section->group footer->new page after and in the x+2 formula area enter: Not OnLastRecord

Then suppress the details section and group footer.

Lbass,
This is a good start....but I also need the crosstab column grand total to reflect the data for all the employees. When I apply your suggestion, I only get the column grand total for the single employee. The layout is exactly how I want it...I just need the Crosstab Grand Total to be displayed at the top...any ideas?

If you are suppressing the page header, you could insert a second crosstab in the report header and use Product Sold as the column and Sales as the summary (no row). But this probably wouldn't look right unless each employee sold at least one of each product, since the headings would not be consistent down the page.

Your other option is a manual crosstab, but this might not be feasible if you have a lot of product columns.
