Crosstab not displaying all the specified groups

I added 3 more specified groups to my cross tab but they do not appear. I've never come across this problem before.

Do you have data (at least 1 selected record) for those new groups?



CUT, Visual CUT, and DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Yes, I have several records selected for each group.
