Crosstab help

Hello,
I have a crosstab that looks like this:

Jan Feb etc...
Larry's Approvals 50 60
Larry's Declines 30 40

Jeffs Approvals etc..
Jeffs Declines etc..


What I would like to do is to have an approval percentage....so the crosstab would look like this:

Jan Feb etc...
Larry's Approvals 50 60
Larry's Declines 30 40
Larry's Approval% 62.5% 60%


any ideas????
