I am trying to capture this data in a crosstab report. Im not sure if you can do this or not, but I not only want the count of each column but also the percentage of the grand total that column represents. I can do this in Crystal and Excel, but I am having a hard time figuring this out in Access.

AB1# %of AB2# %of Total %of
investor1 8 80 2 20 10 40
investor2 3 30 7 70 10 40
investor3 1 20 4 80 5 20

I dont know how to bring the "% of" column into the crosstab.

I have Access 2003, I am new at access so im sorry if this is a stupid question. Any help would be appreciated!!

You would normally display the percent of and totals in a report or form. If you can't do that, you may need to create another query based on your crosstab.
