Crosstab Help (trying to eliminate a field from totaled data)

I have a simple crosstab for retail stores for a specific date. Each row is the store name and each column is a department. The summarized fields are the sums of sales for each department for each store. There is one department that I do not want to appear in the crosstab and I also don’t want it added into the grand total for each store (row). How would I go about doing that?

In the Report->Select Formulas->Record place something like:

{table.department} <> "Revealing Male Lingerie"

Or whatever it is that you don't want.
