Crosstab Group Ordering

Hi,

I need to create a Cross tab based on a field 'Step Name'. This is ok and is currently ordered alphabetically by the Step Name field. But I need the cross tab to be ordered by the field 'Step' which is an integer. The field Step should not be display in the cross tab.

Current Cross tab Order (by Step Name)
Step Name Step
Assessment 3
Pre-Assessment 2
New 1

Required Cross tab Order (by Step)
Step Name Step
New 1
Pre-Assessment 2
Assessment 3

I guess this is possible with a formula but I'm don't where to start.

Use the {step} field in the crosstab and select Group Options, select the Customize Group Name Field checkbox which will allow you to select the {Step Name} field.
