Hi,

I created a CRXIr2 crosstab report.

In the customize style tab of the crosstab export, there is a Grandtotal option for the rows and columns. The metric I am using is an average, therefore, instead of summing up the metric in the "Grand Total" column, it should be "averaged".

Any tip ?

Code:
IE. The resulting crosstab,

Type  Jan   Feb   Mar   Avg
----+-----+-----+-----+-----
A      10    20    30    60 -> 10+20+30
B      40    50    60   150 -> 40+50+60

The desired result,

Type  Jan   Feb   Mar   Avg
----+-----+-----+-----+-----
A      10    20    30    20  ->  60/3 = 20
B      40    50    60    50  -> 150/3 = 50

XIR2 on Unix Solaris
Informatica 7.1.3
CRXIR2, Oracle 9i/10g

I'm not sure how you could have gotten those results. The grand total will also show the average, but it does not show the average of the individual cells, but instead, the average of the values contributing to that row. The grand total does not sum the average values.
