Crosstab Formatting - Summary Fields

Hi,

I have a Crosstab report that I created. It currently shows the following field in the shown sequence

$ Total
Count
% of Total
% of Count

I would like it to display as:

$ Total - % of Total
Count - % of Count

I have tried to manually move the fields, but that does not work. I have tried checking the box for the Horizontal option, but all that does is list the fields in sequence from left to right.

Is there any way to manually place the fields within the "box" on the Crosstab report?
