I used the crosstab wizard in Crystal 9 to show the number of applications filed by a certain group employees in a given month.

The values are correct. However if the employee didn't file anything in the month his or her name is not display.
See below:

Current Results of the crosstab
Hunt 1
Kart 3
Smith 5

I want the employee name along with the value of zero to appear to show that the employee didn't file anything during month.

Desired Results of the crosstab

Baker 0
Hunt 1
Kart 3
Smith 5
Zenith 0

Any suugestions? Thank You

This is a known problem with the Crtstal reports Cross Tab report generator.

The only way round the prolem is to creat a manual cross tab.

Create a formula for each month, eg

@Jan
If month{datefield} =1 then {result field} else 0

Insert these in Details and suppress, create group on employee name, then sum the formula fields for that group.

Hope this helps
