Hi,

I am having a major difficulty getting my crosstab formatted the way it should be. The crosstab yields two numbers Clients (distinct count) and encounter ( count). This is the format that report is produced.

Male Female
Contract 5 8
10 20

The format I want is as follows:

Male Female
Contract 5 10 8 20

I have tried to move the fields in design view (so they are side by side but it does not let me). Is there any way to do this? I am very frustrated. I have the numbers I need, just in wrong format. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

D

Thanks Ken,
I will get version 9.0 and give it a try!
