I'm a little new to Access and need a little help.
I have created a crosstab query that looks like this

Jan 2005 Feb 2005
Account #1 $10,000 $15,000

It basically shows an account balance for the past 2 months. What I would like is a formula that calculated the difference between the balances. So ideally, the formula (in this case) would produce $5,000
Jan 2005 Feb 2005 Difference
Account #1 $10,000 $15,000 $5,000

How do I go about creating this calculated field? Thanks!

Do this in a report. If that doesn't work for you, come back with the SQL view of your crosstab.
