Hello,

I'm using CR 2008 and Infoview to view the reports. I have a report with crosstab but the first column of the crosstab is centered when viewed in Infoview but is left justified in the report. It looks fine in the report but is centered as well as expanded slightly into the second column as well. How could I resolve this issue. Thanks.

There's probably not much you can do. Funny things occasionally happen when reports are rendered as HTML in InfoView. One thing you can try is to go to the Page Setup in Crystal and turn on both "No Printer (optimize for screen display)" and "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size".

If that doesn't work, the only way to view the report as designed will be to use the ActiveX viewer instead of the HTML viewer.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.

Thanks so much. By selectign No Printer, it resolved one issue of not expanding into the next column. As far as the column being centered, guess I'll just live with it.
