Hello everyone
I have an .swf file at 30(fps),when I prewiew it on the flash enviorement it runs good, but if once its inserted into an html, the playback speed drops down dramatically.
I found out that exporting the movie from the pulish settings and choosing Opaque windowless on the html options makes the movie runs at the correct speed. That is becuse it makes use of the directx capability.
So someone would say, what are you asking for, if you have worked it out allready?
The thing is that i need it to run for Mac and Pc and of course mac do not support directx, so icant use the Opaque windowless feature.
Can anybody throw some light into my personal hell?

Thanks in advance

According to Wangbar (one of the guys here!), Macs have a very hard time (or used to at least before MX, that might of changed things!) with framerates below 31 fps. You apparently missed it only by 1 frame. Maybe try to set your framerate to 35 or something and just check if it makes any difference, before having to redo your movie at that new framerate.
Then again if it worked at 31, maybe you wouldn't really have to redo it, a 1 frame difference is after all not that important! Regards,

Thank you very much Oldnewbie.
Your answerd its been really helpfull.
Taking your answerd as a starting point, if found out something that may be interesting for someone else.
If you want to keep your intro in sync, you must choose a frame rate and adjust it in flash using the export(ctrl+enter) to check that everyting is as you like it.
Then when you are done wit the untro if you want it to be inside an html (for PC)not using the Opaque windiwless you should increase your movie frame rate by 3 frames(¡¡incredible) and it will work just as you where seeing it before.
The same thing occurs with mac, but in order to see it fine you should increase it by 6 frames ( that is really funny).
And by the way, I found out another weird thing, there´s a lot of difference between working @32 fps and 33 fps.
Thank you very much again and I hope that this could help someone else sometime.
You have to love flash for this twisted situations. How bored will it be withot them.
