Hi,
I have a customer with an ACS 5.0 and two 308EC modules. If a call has been transfered from one station to another, a third user can pickup another line and hear one side of the transfered conversation. This does not happen on all calls. Seems only on a transfered call but not always. It also seems that one specific line is always involved.
Also, one user took a transfered call on this specific line and was able to hear fax tones from the internal fax that runs on an extension through the machine on another line. Although the other end of his converstaion could not hear the fax tones.
I'm thinking the 308 card that this one line is on is having issues. Since the outside parties involved don't hear any cross-talk. But I was hoping someone else may have seen this.
