We are having an issue with cross talk. We are currently chasing circuits packs in the port networks and have heard that it is possible that the pack causing the issue does not necessarily have to be one on which the offending phones are programmed. We are at the point now where we would like to re-create the cross talk. Hold the connection up and start pulling all of the other circuit pack until we can find which one makes it stop. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

What is in your alarm and error logs? Can you paste them? (display alarms for the day, display errors, tab to type: errors for the day)
