Hello everyone,
after encountering a cross talk on one of our facilities out of 80, and after checking all the settings for my MG configuration, and making sure everything was correct, I called my service provider to let them know the issue I was having with cross talk, e.g. FD staff putting me on hold while she went back to the first call, and me being able to heard the conversation, even thought I was put on hold.
Long story short, issue was resolved when the codec was changed on the service provider side.
Their system was configured to the highest 80 to 110k bandwidth G711 codec to the lower codec of 40k to 60k
