Cross Tabs inserting formula's

Hi,
I need some info on the possible formulas I can use in the summary fields. When I try and addformulua's they don't show up in my selection and I can't add it as a summarised field. This is what my forumula looks like;

WhilePrintingRecords;
NumberVar CarryOver;

if ({PR_TASK_COMPLETION_REPORT.APPOINTMENTSTART} > {PR_TASK_COMPLETION_REPORT.DUEDATE})

Then CarryOver

Basically I need to show the count of carry overs for each grouping. Can someone please advise me how I can enter this formula. Currently I have

District
Subdistrict 0
5
XXX

XXX is where I want to insert another field, but a formula. Please help anyone.

Dear Belky,

You cannot use a formula with WhilePrintingRecords in a Crosstab (or a Chart for that matter) in 8.5 and below. I am not sure of 9.0 - haven't checked that one yet.

What does the formula that generates the value for CarryOver do?
