Cross tables and W2K : printing 1

I have Smart Suite R. 9.5 and 4 Windows 2000 professional with AMD 1200 MZ and 1400 MZ.
I applied last Approach patch (C).
When I print a cross table, Approach open the spool file and then nothing happen.
Looking at Task Manager, I noticed the CPU is 100% busy (may be an infite loop).
All other print jobs, in Approach, work fine; only cross tables do not print.
This happens with all 4 W2K and no matter the cross table I create.
The same Approch release have no print problems using Windows NT 4 or Windows 95.
Nobody have experienced this problem unitl now ?
Do you Think that release 9.6 work better with W2K ?

This is fixed in SmartSuite 9.7 and there is no work-around for prior releases of Approach.
