I have a formula field as a column of a cross-tab that makes 2 columns, one containing items where a boolean value is true, and the other for the false ones. (This is all underneath another monthly column). In my grand total on the right, I want to have these same 2 columns, and not just the 1 that comes with a summarized field. How would I go about getting the 2-column totals (total of all trues and falses)?

You can't. The only control that you have with Cross-tabs is the order of the layers.

You could flip the T/F field to be above the Month, and that would give you the totals for each, but then it would be primary and the months would be a break down of True and False.

You could add a second cross-tab, that just has the T-F as the column field, and put it to the left of the original.

Or you could build a manual Cross-tab using condtional totals as described in FAQ 1.B. This would require hard coding each column, but then you can organize the columns as you please. Ken Hamady
