Hi,
In CE10 we have found that a cross-tab report's Column heading text does not rotate as specified when designed when viewed in the DHTML viewer, but does so in the ActiveX one. We want to move away from ActiveX so is there something in the format we are missing ( we have it set to Rotate 90 degrees) or is it not within the capability of the DHTML viewer object?
(reports designed in both CR 8.5 and CR 10 behave the same)
Thanks...

Hi

Im having the same issue on a report i created, is there a fix in Crystal reports? or what can i get the people that review the report to do to view it properly?

Im using Reoprts 9 and enterprise 10

thanks

Malcolm.

Hi,
The problem is with HTML, not the viewer..HTML (even the DHTML variant) does not have text rotation tags.

If, after viewing the DHTML output, you export or print using Abobe ( PDF) the text does rotate correctly.

Hi

When exported or printed the text returns to its normal state. This is good but not ideal from a user perspective, is there a way to get the text to show as its designed?

Many thanks

Malcolm.

Hi,
No, not with the DHTML - based viewers.
