Cross Tab Summary Question

Hi, Using Crystal 11.5.
I'm probably making this harder than it should be, but using the example below:

Late Emergency Exceptions Total Changes
5 16 200 221

I want the crosstab to show Late and Emergency only, but still show the Total Changes of 221. If I used specified order to filter out Exceptions, the total changes to 21, of course. Is this doable? I'll also add in a percentage, which I will want to show as a percentage of the TOTAL Changes, not just the total of Late and Emergency.
