First of all, I'm sorry for my english...
Second: I'm a totally newbie working with Seagate-Info and Crystal Report...

We have created a cross tab that sums up a total of 200,000 records. All sums for the 21 fields that have to be summed are calculated correctly.
One cross tab-field should calculate the average of
Sum(field1) * 100 / Sum(field2)

We've tried different ways, using formula fields, trying to get the sum separate by creating a field stored in the head-section, the detail-section and so on. Nothing seems to work.
Does anybody has a solution for the problem or can give a hint that will help us? Using the forum search doesn't help up to this point.

Thanks a lot in advance!

You need to provide more info. Do you mean you have one column field that has 21 instances which display horizontally, e.g., 21 months of data, with date as the column field?

When you say "the average of Sum(field1) * 100 / Sum(field2)" what fields are you referring to? Column totals? Did you mean the average of sum(col1)*100/sum(col2)?

Please provide a sample layout with sample data that shows what you mean. Also, it is important to tell us what version of Crystal you are using. Crosstabs in V.9.0 have more flexibility.
