Hi,

Can anyone help me to get this?

Jan-09 Feb-09 Mar-09 Apr-09 May-09 Jun-09 Jul-09 Aug-09 Sep-09 Oct-09 Nov-09 Dec-09

Field1 sum of sum of sum of sum of and so on…..
Field1 Field1 Field1 Field1
For Jan For Feb For Mar For Apr

Field2 sum of Sum of sum of sum of and so on……..
Field2 Field2 Field2 Field2
For Jan For Feb For Mar For Apr

Field3 sum of Sum of Sum of Sum of and so on……..
Field3 Field3 Field3 Field3
For Jan For Feb For Mar For Apr

I have total 10 fields from Field1 to Field10. Need sum of each field for each month. (Field1, Field2, Field3 etc. all are different columns in the table.)

Also the time frame could be any 12 months. i.e Jun-08 to May-09. (‘AssignDate’ field)

And also need grand total of each column and row.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You need to get those 10 fields into one column. Do you have an option of using a command ("Add command" should be above your table list in the database expert)?

How would i get all those 10 fields into 1 column?
Is there any other way to get this? Other than Cross tab report?

Thanks for response.

Sorry, I have to create this report based on Stored Proc only. It's a rule. We have SQL Server 2008

Then ideally you would set up the stored procedure so that the fields were in one column.
