Cross Tab Sorting 3

I am a new CR user, so you will probably be hearing from me a lot. I have a simple Cross Tab report:

Territory1 Terrytort2 Total
Customer Name 2000 sales 2000 Sales Total
Customer Name 2000 sales 2000 Sales Total

...etc.

How do I Sort by the summarizied field?

You need to use TopN in your Cross-tab. This is new with V7 or V8, and only works in the row dimension I believe.

Select the Cross-tab and use the menu options :
Report - TopN
You should get the Cross-Tab TopN expert.
Here you can use TopN and set N to be more than the rows you have. Ken Hamady
