Hi
I am using Crystal 9 reporting off an Access 2002 database.
For chart completion database for doctors I run a report weekly and the date of that run is in the table. The cross tab has physicians on the left and run date across the top. I know to use Top N for sort but I want it to sort on the physician with the most outstanding charts for the most recent run date.
If I just select Top N and Count(charts) in descending order I thought it was running on first run date but in checking it for this query I see it actually doesn't appear to be running correctly for any of the months though definitely not alpha order of the physicians.
Is it possible to do this? Thanks.
