I have a report which is based on crosstab query - I also have a command button on a form

I want the user to press the button and the crosstab report print just for this current record but if I try and put the parameters into the query I get an error.

How can I get this to work?

The problem is that Crosstab queries create column names dynamically. If you want to put criteria in a column, you have to declare that explicitly in the query parameters. See Parameters under the Query tab and copy the same criteria you put in the column in the parameters and set the data type.

You can find a further explanation at
