Cross Tab report - suppress problem 1

Hi,

I have a cross tab report like the below:

dept 2001 2002 2003

finance 100 200 300
HR 99 104 250
Recruit 0 0 0

I want to supress the Rectuit Det because it has no data. that is zeros. how to do that? please advice.

Rather than trying to suppress in the crosstab, it's far easier to filter the data using the selection formula.
